Ruffle Scarf

This dramatic scarf is made of silk shantung with an organza ruffle around the edge. and measures 43" x 10" (including ruffle). It can be tied or pinned and the collar can be worn up( as shown) or down. This piece is available in red/black, or several other colors and will enhance any outfit.
